Maybelline is a popular drugstore brand that mainly sells cosmetic an beauty care related products. One of their popular line is the Baby Lips which includes the Dr. Rescue`s icy mint repair lip balm.
Dr. Rescue repair lip balm has SPF 30 that`ll protect the lips from the harmful rays of the sun. It claims to give moisturizing effects for 12 hour anti-cracks and anti-chaps. It`s regular retail price is Php 99.00.
How to Use
1.) Open the cap
2.) Roll at the bottom of the lip balm so that the product will come out.
3.) Apply the product evenly on the lips.
4.) Roll back at the bottom of the lip balm so that the product will go down.
5.) Put the cap back.
Review
Experience
When I applied this lip balm, it felt cold and soothing. It has a menthol scent to it. It nicely moisturized and softened my lips.

2.) It feels cold on the lips at first.
3.) It has SPF 30.

1.) It won`t really make your lips free of cracks or chaps for 12 hours because you might still get them.
